What is the best outsource course available?

I am planning to outsource my eBook creation to someone. The thing is, how can I monitor them that they are really delivering quality work?

What are the best courses do you guys recommend?

Thx.

You or someone else will need to read the eBook they've written.

If there's the option to do so (depends where you're outsourcing), get each chapter sent when it's done and go through it.

You could also copy a few phrases into Google, surrounding them with quote marks, to do a quick check that they've not totally copied and pasted it from elsewhere. There are probably more sophisticated methods to do it but that simple check will probably catch things most of the time.

If you use a company like writer, they have several levels of writers. Choose the top level, I think they are called elite. As a further check on quality, think of each chapter as an article and get 1-2 "articles" done before hiring for all the "articles". Good luck.

It also depends on what you mean by quality work? Also, how abreast are you in the topic so that you can identify quality. Is quality fast, 10,000 words, highly keyword rich, headline that pops, directed at a targeted audience that you have identified and researched.

Also, ask them to provide you with a few samples of their work, additionally, request a short article from three writers on the topic of your choice (preferably, your ebook topic). Determine who comes in on budget, on time, and on target.

If you have no contacts in this area of the industry, here's what you do...

Get yourself on a forum where writers sell this service. Forums are great because feedback is hard to fake. If you see some writer with 15 pages of good things to be said about him, chances are you'll be saying the same good things down the line.

Ask for examples of his work.

    Ask for referrals.

When the work is submitted, give it to someone to proofread (if you can't do it yourself, or don't want to) and run it through Copyscape.

    BLAMMO.

You should have some good content.
