Why can't I switch to the WISIWYG instead of bbcode.

For some reason I am seeing just BBcode and text in my post editor instead of seeing the WYSIWYG side of it. I did try changing the Message Editor Interface option to "Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editting" and its the same.

Anyone know how to flip the switch?

It doesn't work in Chrome, so I'm told. Funny, it hasn't worked for me since I installed Chrome. It works in IE though.

Yeah it can be funny in Chrome sometimes I've found.
