Hi guys,

When you outsource PLR ebooks writing, who is writing
the short sales letters for the packages?
Is it the same person who writes the ebooks, or
a dedicated copywriter?

How much are you paying for 2000 words sales letters
that accompany the ebooks?

    Hey Almin,

I asked about this a couple of years ago and heard from the writers that they, the writers of the ebooks and reports also wrote the sales copy.

Most of them can put together a one page template and add their own copy.

I found that this is a good reason to go out and hire a good copywriter to re-write your sales page.

Change the graphics on the ebook, the header, and footer then have a professionally written sales page and the whole package looks new and sells like hotcakes.

On the down side, once in a while you get someone who has read the old copy and feels that it's a rip off but that's where your good old "Satisfaction Gauranteed" comes in handy.

That's a good point if you are buying PLR ebook packages
      and reworking them for selling.

But if you are the 'first hand', you are selling the original
plr ebook packages including the sales letters ( as Edmund Loh,
Jeremy Burns, etc. ) - then I wander who writes those short
sales letters. If it is copywriter, I would like to know how much
one pays the copywriter for those PLR sales letters that are not
million dollar copies but just good enough.

On the other hand, if it is a copywriter he would need to read every ebook
in order to write the sales letter for it, while the ebook writer already
knows what the ebook is about.

I just wander how those PLR guys put together the ebook and the sales letter.

    Hello,
If you look closely at some popular sales letters you will see that they use the same format over and over again.
I like a short sales letter with a few testimonials with pictures.
Just cut and paste some important parts of the ebook into the sales page.

    Something new soon.

    Hi Almin ---

When I outsource a book I always edit the book to suit my style and quality.

I never outsource the sales page to the person who wrote the book - two totally different beasts. Most ebook writers have no idea how to write sales copy.
