1 Year plan with blog

Hi All!

I carefuly read a lot of materials on this forum, and i think its great expiriance.

I started 2 blogs a month ago. Currently i have about 15 and 20 post per blogs.
Its some kind of product review mix and some usseful tips on same niche.

I have few questions:

I have plan to continue posting to my blogs, before that i will find some familiar long tail keywords (everything will be planed).
My post is written with maybe 6/10 star rate i mean im not native english speacher, but i think that my articles ar not rubbish, and they are really readible and have informative character.

Because i think its my 3th start of my online business (other 2 were unsuccessful), its really hard to wach your little blog wit no traffic..

I didnt work any SEO off page at all, i think i need some content for readers, because i really want something to share with them, not only to click to my site and find BIG NOTHING.

Do I need to work on Seo right now, or not? My keyword competition is low.

If anybody have some time to share with me some kind of monthily plan for my blog, i mean day to day plan what i need to do with my blog.

Im not dreaming of milions of dolars in my pocket, this is my hobby and i will be really happy to see that my seed grown to one healty plant.

Thanks for your time Warriors!

If you don't want to do seo right now you can promote your blog on Google+ and in Facebook groups. If your content is good, then people from the 2 above mentioned sites will share it with their friends and you will generate viral traffic.

If you are truly looking at a one-year plan, SEO should be part of it. In my experience, all of your posts will not be SEO optimized; but concentrate on optimizing at least one article per week for search engines.

      Secondly, ensure you post regularly.
Thirdly, start commenting on forums and blogs with high PR. This will help you quickly build your page rank on Google.

Hey there, if you are using Wordpress you are Lucky, Because after you write your article its just 3 minutes to setup the seo. One of my blog I just have like 50 articles and I get already every day around the 30 - 50 visitors from Google.

A website can not be unsuccessful, you can always make it better maybe the one website needs more time then the other one, you never know.. Just dont never give up and feed u website

Just focus on your content create valuable articles and try to feed u website every day with New content if you do that you will see your traffic grow.

I would definitely try to optimize your content and posts as much as possible, but SEO is not the only way to get traffic. It is also been a slower way for me to get traffic.

The main thing you should be worried about is creating good content. Content that will really help your audience.

Then you can share your content on Facebook groups and Google+.. as stated above. The better and more useful your content is, the more others will share your content.

You can also start leaving helpful comments on blogs and forums. Make sure they allow you to link to your own blog in a signature, like how warriorforum allows you to. You want people to be able to get to your blog.

That's just a few strategies... and you could always use paid ads to get quick traffic.

Yeah, contents may be the BEST way to get organic traffic.

To increase you traffic, you can try to do something else besides content. You can use social media to promote your content. Remember the 80/20 principle, 20 percent content and 80 marketing.

After that, try to balance SEO keyword targeted, content and marketing. Then traffic will come to you at no time. All you need is consistency.

You should be aware of SEO copy writing, in order to boost your SERP Ranking, But before going very dip in to content writing rules, one should be able to write compelling titles. Every one dip in to the article just after reading your post title, If you do well in this stage, you are on the go.

even a site with old contents will can rank quite well "

well maybe these people trying to " B S " whatever...

because as far we concern...always update new contents google like it..but must be unique ONLY you have..

well I not sure a bit confusing here .

Blogging and SEO are a must if you want to make a long term business.

When you rank posts around low competition keywords you are going to start getting free traffic that will convert into free leads.

What I suggest you to do is a daily SEO post around your niche keywords to get traffic and put this in pages on WordPress.

Make sure you have good on page SEO to be able to outrank your competitors easily.

When you start getting traffic you should start to post 2 - 3 times a week value posts on the posts area on WordPress to give value to your readers.

Remember: Pages are for SEO articles so that people find your blog and Posts are for value posts to help people in your niche and turn them into loyal followers.

Once you start getting sales you can reinvest into paid traffic to scale up your business.

    Hope I could help,

I agree with all except the getting found fact. You can SEO until your fingers fall off and be likable to Google, which is only half the battle. Spend your year communicating with potential customers on all the social paths if you want to get found on page one.

    My two cents. Thanks

While SEO is going to be important. I think first you will want to make sure you are providing quality information that readers want/need. Make sure you know your audience. If you are writing the articles, be sure that your audience is one that is forgiving if you English is not the greatest... in some niches this will matter more than others.

To focus on SEO now is lot time consuming. The SEO setup of wordpress is simple, but you need to learn how to create the right internal links and how to get lot external links and spend lot time on this tasks.

Instead try to focus on create relationship and share your blog on the social network, I mean concrete actions, in a stable weekly base.

Do a plan and stick with it, like been active on 5 forums, search for people that are writing about your topics, contact them via social, via mail etc...

I am italian, not native english as you, and my english is really bad, but I know load of people not native that are doing bunch of money so this is not a limit.

First of all, I applaud you for not only doing your research, but then taking action on it. Many people quit before they actually take action, in my experience. I think you are already one step ahead of the game.

In my recent experience, Google is much more concerned with the quality of content found on the blog than it is with link building. Now, I'm in no way saying that SEO is not important, but I think on-page SEO is what you should be focused on most when you first launch a blog. If you make sure your blog is optimized for SEO, this will help loads. There are many good plugins that will do this for you if you are unsure of how to do it yourself. You could always find the information if you wanted it I'm sure.

The next half of the equation is content. Focus on posting well written, grammatically correct, niche specific articles in the 1000-1500 word range. Your articles should contain a keyword density of no more than 1%. Include images, videos, podcasts, PDFs and info-graphics in your posts. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have killer content. If you wish to not only attain better search engine rankings but also to make your posts more "shareable" on social media, you have to include eye catching images and other interesting media. The more your posts get shared, the more chance they have to go viral. And that means a huge surge of targeted social media traffic. This is something else that Google recognizes.

If writing is a problem for you, you can outsource it. There are literally hundreds of places to find good writers on the Internet. Don't be afraid to spend a little money. One of the things I quickly learned when outsourcing content is that you often get what you pay for. A well written 1500 word product review can cost you $50 or more. On the flip side, just because a writer is expensive does not mean they're good. Ask to see their portfolio and ask for testimonials before you hire a writer. Unfortunately, since it's the Internet there is always that chance that you will still get sub par writing for the money. That's just part of the game. However, it's only happened to me a few times out of dozens of orders.

Once you have received your review and got it posted to your blog, you should always share it on Facebook and Twitter right away. You can also join a few good groups and pages related to your niche to share your posts on, but be careful not to spam. Also, it's a great idea to create a video review using the material you had outsourced and post it to YouTube with a link back to your blog post. In fact, you should create a new channel just for your blog. You should also create a Facebook page for your blog. Facebook fan pages rank very well, so you should try and find a keyword term you think you might be able to rank for and name your page after that.

You should turn your review into a PDF and share that on the document sharing sites like Scribd and Slideshare. You can turn it into a Power Point slide show if you wish and share that on sites like Authorstream, and other slide sharing sites. Make sure to link back to your blog post in these. Article directories are not as popular as they once were, but it doesn't hurt to maybe write a smaller 400-500 word "mini" review and submit it to sites like Ezine Articles, ArticlesBase, GoArticles, Articleslash, Amazines, etc. You can get some backlinks and you may also get a little traffic as well. It's a great idea to share your most recent blog posts in your forum sig as well for added traffic and possible sharing. There's also nothing wrong with commenting on some popular blogs in your niche with, you guessed it- a link back to your blog post.

The main thing you want to be careful of doing is creating an unnatural backlink profile to your blog. Stay away from those Fiverr gigs that sell thousands of backlinks for $5. Setting up hundreds of spammy backlinks is a surefire way to get your blog slapped. What Google wants to see is natural linking. If you write top notch posts (again, we're back to content), other bloggers will want to link to you. There is lots of information out there about how to write engaging posts that people naturally want to link to. Take the time to do a little research. It will show in the end result.

Also, you should create a feed using Feedburner. It's free. You can then take this feed URL and go to a site like Pingler and get a premium account for like $2.99 per month. This will allow you to enter your feed URL into their pinging network and it will be pinged daily automatically. This helps a lot when you write a new post to get that post picked up by the search engines quickly.

I would also suggest setting your blog up in Google's Webmaster tools. This is a great analytical tool to help you see what keywords your blog is ranking for and lots more. You can also submit your Google XML sitemap (there is an easy to use plugin that will do this automatically for you) there and this will help your posts get picked up and ranked as well.

Well, I hope I've given you some suggestions. If you take anything away from this post let it be to focus on content quality and giving the reader the best experience before focusing on link building.

Thanks to the sincere consideration of the situation, and thank you for your encouragement.
    Let me see:
    - 1500 words article , i think its a bit long, also 50$ per one article is my week salary To be honest, i know that this is expensive hobbie But, one i get some income from this,i will put 100% money to the upgrade of blog.
Im not going to take some stupid fiverr 5$ seo
Alredy put webmaster tools and analytic, but i need some "free" keyword position checker.

As I sayed before, for now i must stick to the cheaper or free tools, but once i got some $$ from this blog, i will invest all from it to go to the next level.

    Thanks for your time.
