Theme Forest does a pretty good job of marketing the themes for you. Other than that, people are making lists all the time on their blogs of best themes...

"best business theme wordpress"

"best magazine theme"

"best responsive themes 2014"

etc etc...

Most of those lists on people blogs contain affiliate links from Theme Forest.

You could do the same, and position your own theme right at the top of relevant categories.

Send some email to some good marketers working with themes and themeforest, and ask them for a reviews. Someone that has already published reviews of themes in his website.

Also go on twitter, and search for people that are searching themes advice, and send them your advice.

There are plenty of ways to promote your WordPress theme. Since you've already posted it on Theme Forest, you'll get plenty of potential buyers. Spread the word about it on Facebook and Twitter as well as on forums. If your theme is designed for a specific niche (such as fitness or Internet marketing), promote it to those who run a business in this field.

Social media would be a good place to start for something like this.I would suggest starting with Twitter. Build a real following; don't buy followers. Facebook advertising is relatively inexpensive.

You need to create your own website. Don't depend on ThemeForest.

Facebook Ads marketing is expensive for those niche.. Yes you are right twitter is the best place. also i create website for my all product. www.codexcoder.com

Get affiliates. Easiest and most cost-effective way.

Here's what I would do.

1. Write 10, 1000 word posts about your theme.
2. Contact people who have wordpress related blogs, and ask them if they want an article for free.
3. Send them the articles and tell them where to put "there affiliate link
4.???????
5. Profit.
