I just picked up a really cool book right now called
The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy.
I picked it up because I was scrolling through
Amazon...and the title..as well as the cover,
which is plain white, with red font and black trim
caught my eye.
As a side note, that there is a reason those
colors are always the headlines of sales letters...they
stimulate the buying response more than any color combo...
Anyways, back to the book.
The premise is that small, barely noticeable changes+consistency+time=Massive results
in any area of life.
In this business, we are told to take massive action...but that is not
always practical because we have our habits to deal with.
So we are confronted with this huge project that seems overwhelming
so we never really get started.
But the Compound Effect way would be something like make one blog post
per day...very simple
And if you want to see an example of the one blog post a day
strategy, go over to Mark's Daily Apple
That guy has made a blog post every single day for years...and the
site gets massive traffic.(and btw the info there is really good. The dude
is like 60 and ripped)
For my own business, I've never really taken advantage
of my autoresponders...so I could simply write an email every
day to load up in my autoresponder.
Over time, that would really be a boost to my business.
So how does this apply to you?
Maybe you could write 1 blog post per day for your site.
After 30 days, that is 30 blog posts. Think that would help
Anyhow, this is getting a bit long...but wanted to share this
I hope all is well
