Google Analytics is Now Insane

INTERNET MARKETING

I hadn't looked at my Google Analytics for a while. I used to be able to click to the left, see my traffic and drill from there. Now it's making no sense to me whatsoever, Now I have to figure out how to StatCounter in my forum.

It's just looks like a mess. What was Google thinking?

Found a mod for statcounter. SO much better and easier to read tracking.

In truth, I'm really not that fond of Google Analytics. As a result, I wrote my own PHP script to handle my tracking. It's far simpler to use and read... and "The Big G" doesn't have access to my data.

Hi Rick,

I use Google Analytics to see my number of users (i sometimes am entertained watching how many people are on my site at once from all over the world, watching over their shoulder!) but by FAR the best thing i've ever done is install the free App called Content Analytics from Sumome.com a few days ago.

I always wondered where people were leaving my offers (like at which point do they click away and not buy) and after running this for a few days, I know now.

I've uploaded a quick review of it this afternoon to Youtube showing the results and some of the insights i've gotten after just a few days worth of visitors.
