    Hmmmm - I'll take a guess and assume you're asking about your Aweber list subscribers reporting emails as spam. That's going to happen - people forget the have subscribed for example and think it's an unsolicited.

    Occupational hazard of list building.

    A suggestion I'd offer up is to begin each email you send with a reminder that the person has subscribed and use the Aweber persoionalisation options to automatically include things like date of subscription, IP address and similar. And also remind them they if they really want to leave the list, there's an unsubscription link at the foot of the email.
