Is there anywhere a blaclist of money making pages which are fake?

Hello there,
There is so much pages who promises everything and at the end you get nothing. Just spending money for secret systems which dont work. Is there any blacklist page where you can check this stuff?

    No. but if a page has a money making claim attached to it, you should automatically proceed with caution.
