need help getting internet explorer traffic.

Im trying to sell traffic to a customer and the customer wants only internet explorer traffic. How do i get this? he says he does not care if its a traffic exstange site as long as it has a real computer.

I was thinking of doing hitleap.com since thats a great site for blackhat type traffic but that does every browser . Anyone have a site like hitleap.com that targets only internet explorer?

The questions I immediately ask myself:

    1. Does the browser that a certain type of traffic comes from really matter? And if so, why oh why is Internet Explorer the preferred choice?

    2. Does the buyer know that you're willing to just send them crap traffic as long as it looks right? That's not a good way for either of you to stay in business...

Is this for a Fiverr gig or something? It sounds like you are wanting to send them untargeted useless traffic. Anyhow, with that being said does you traffic provider not offer filters? When I was running traffic through Lead Impact I recall there being browser filters.

    People still use internet explorer?

I wouldn't want traffic coming from internet explorer. It is probably all elderly people on windows 95.

Actually, more people are using IE every day; its market share has been growing for some time now. Most of those users are on IE11, on Windows 8.1 -- new computers, not old ones -- they're potential customers with discretionary income to spend. And they're finding IE11 is actually a pretty great browser, easily the best on a touchscreen, so there's less and less reason to bother replacing it with Firefox or Chrome.

Firefox's market share has halved in recent years, while IE is now second only to Chrome in usage.

You said the customer stated "He doesn't care where it comes from as long as it's a real computer".

To me, that indicates the customer just wants desktop traffic as opposed to mobile. The customer might be ignorant with the lingo, and that was the best way to describe it. I would go back and make sure there isn't a communications break down. I don't see any reason to target just IE traffic, unless he is trying to sell a paid plugin just made specifically for IE (If that even exists)
