Where to get ebook PDF formatted?
Hey guys,
I'm having a lot of difficulty finding someone to do this...
I want to get my ebook formatted by someone. But not 'converted' into epub and all those other formats.
Formatted as in create a table of contents page, footers, headers, etc.
I remember in the past there were a ton of these services available just by typing 'ebook formatting' into Google.
Now all that's coming up is the converting pages.
Maybe formatting isn't the right word anymore...
If anyone could help me out with pointing me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it
