Outsourcing Copyright Agreement To GIve To Freelance Writers

I am looking for a good outsourcing agreement to send to freelance writers. I need a contract stating that the content I have written for me is solely mine, and that the freelance writer relinquishes all rights to the content.

Anyone have a link to any good generic editable forms?

    I think if you find them through freelance sites, like fiverr and elance, you are covered by their policy.
