What is the best video recording from mac that allows to switch between screen and front recording?

Hi Guys,

I would like like to know wich is the best video recording software for mac that allows me to record video with the Webcam of the imac (front recording) and switch to screen capture without making editings and vice versa.

I was taking a look at screen flow but i think it does not allows me to switch between the screen capture and the web camera.

    I don't see the problem here! Just capture your screen and when you're ready to record yourself, stop the screen recording and start recording yourself. do this as many times as necessary and when you're done, edit all the individual clips together to complete your video.

    with screenflow you dont have to switch back and forth
    you can record both simultaneously...
    you can just close the front facing camera once you've recorded the video, in the editing process before you export if for any reason you dont want your face to be seen at any given moment.

    You may consider using Mac screen capture program which supports recording webcam and desktop screen. You can even personalize your videos by including a webcam movie of yourself "picture-in-picture" over your desktop. Wishing my advice is workable for you. The application can be accessed here.
