Useful post to protect your Wordpress site using .htaccess

Hey guys,

Just came across this in my inbox this morning and i know some of you were concerned with Wordpress security a week or so ago. This post has some tips on how to help prevent security breaches by simply editing your .htaccess file.

I use a combination of this technique plus the plugin "Wordfence Security" on all of my WP installs and it has proved to be an effective "1-2 punch" against hackers. Of course, there is also NO EXCUSE not to have backups of your sites and databases as well. Here's another good tutorial about how to protect your WP installs:
