- John O’Neill is a retired Naval Officer who has run his own IT company for 10 years in Canberra, Australia employing 20 staff. Contracts included Vehicle Tracking Systems and Databases for (Johnson & Johnson, Qantas, NSW Traffic Authority, Department of Defence). John became the Executive Director of TADACT, where he developed an ISP for pensioners, and people with disabilities. John was awarded the Order of Australia in 2010. John retired in 2010 and now writes novels, (mercadierpublishing.com.au)
