Not Making Money Online? Blame Your Head!

You've bought a couple of WSOs/products, but none of them have made you money - sounds familiar? There's something wrong with your mindset.

Internet marketers almost always start the journey as product buyers and then gradually move up the ladder and become product sellers, but many fail to make money from "make money online guides" and that pushes them into depressions and hopelessness.

Here's what goes wrong:

1. Wrong Expectations: The marketer who sold you a "how to make money online" product had great results with his method because he spent time (and or money) on it perfecting the system. He didn't work on the system so he could sell it one day - he did it to make money himself and there was this "I Have To Make It Work" think going on in his head when implementing the method.

The problem with buyers is they start out expecting the same results or even better results when buying a product.

Of course you should expect to make money, but you need to remember that the seler himself cashed on on selling the "dream" - not the product. So, the earnings claims made on a product shouldn't make you high. Buy the product, but be prepared to have your own set of results (which could be even better than the seller eventually).

2. You need gloves and labcoats: Science books will tell you the steps of a chemistry experiment, but you are "supposed to know" that you'd need protective gear inside the lab. If you burn yourself with acid, it's not the fault of your science text book.

Same for "internet marketing" products. No matter how much a seller tries to granulate the steps, it's simply not possible to list everything required to run the system (he'd then have to actually list everything he did from birth to the point of listing the product for sale!).

So, take the method/WSO you bought and spend some time understanding the system first. Research about each step yourself first. Know everything in as much detail as possible before plunging head first into the implementation part.

3. Be prepared to dig a tunnel with a spoon: Ever heard of jailbreaks where they used spoons to dig tunnels through concrete? That's the kind of determination you need to succeed in online marketing. Just because the WSO/Product seller could make $5000 sending out 20 emails, doesn't mean you will too! What he didn't mention in his sales letter is he perfected the email process by sending probably 20 thousand emails before hitting gold.

You be prepared to do that too. If you are thinking you should have the same success rate as the seller, go back and read point 1 and 2.

Buying a WSO or a Product is like buying a book. Not everyone who has the book tops in class, but those that do rely on the book only! So, it's not about the book, it's about the student!
