I'm conducting some market research so please help me with it.

What do you really have a problem with in regard to mindset and personal development.

Is it negative beliefs, confidence, LOA, etc?

Ab

Thanks In Advance.

      Agree.

Most people know exactly what steps they need to take in order to attain their goals. The problem is that they have a hard time taking action. Try focusing on this part

I would say being in control of myself. That is, being able to direct my thoughts to a specific action and not being tossed about or distracted by random thoughts that pop into my brain.

I did about 20 coaching calls with marketers about this topic.

The vast majority had these issues that I helped them overcome so they could take action with confidence:

    Procrastination
    Focus (distraction)
    Fear (of failure, of rejection)
    Self-sabotage
Lack of confidence or courage to take a leap
    Uncertainty
Fear of wasting time and money and it not working
    Fear of ridicule
    Limiting beliefs about their abilities

These issues were fairly easy to clear up enough so that they could at least move on to take the next step toward their goals.... but the trick is being able to catch these again and again whenever they come up.

Its the practice of dissolving mental limits as they come up that is key to success.

I also think that its important to future-pace you goals and see yourself taking actions toward them. Also. see yourself overcoming obstacles as they come up. (This is HUGE. In other words, you don't want to just see yourself accomplishing your goal and the end result, but see yourself doing and practicing and working on problems that might come up. That is the best use of positive thinking or visualization.)

Focusing on the skills teaching of personal development produces direct income. If you teach sales skills then someone can earn money by doing sales. The real problem is in healing. What do you do if someone lacks the motivation, interest, or has blocks around doing sales? That is where being able to change our beliefs comes into play. Everyone in the personal development arena also promises they can help you through this but they simply can’t explain very well how they do it. If they can’t explain it how are they doing it with their clients then? Look at the success rates.

Look for someone who can explain this well. I explain it in detail greater than anyone else around. (If I am bragging or sound egotistical, do you really care if I can deliver?) I’ve posted it here on warrior and it is on my website (with video client testimonials).

Surprisingly I do know what I am talking about. Do you have any questions I can help with?

Mindset is everything when you want to be anything in life. Without the right mindset you will go downhill and never achieve your goals. One part of mindset is the mindset to win , overcoming self-defeating, negative thoughts that can hold you back. Being around the right people and making the right friends also influence your mindset. Your everyday actions and what you watch on TV affects your mindset. If you want to have a successful mindset, you must pick up on negative thought patterns and quickly eliminate anything toxic that you come in contact with. Your mind is a garden, what you put in there is what it will turn into, if you feed it junk, it will be junk.

Lack of faith that what I am doing will actually produce results. Doesn't matter if 1000 others are getting results.

Abhinay Reddy, this is a good thread. Personal development has become a passion for me over the last few years.

I find that I can push myself to read, learn, and try to improve areas where I think I am lacking. Leading people is a different story. That is why I let network marketing go for the time being.

I think everybody sabotages themselves with negative thinking in many cases. You see something that might work for you and you decide it won't without even checking out the details.

I probably do struggle the most still with procrastination. I procrastinate because I wonder how I will get something done and then find that what I dreaded took all of 15 minutes.

Even if it took longer, working out the details wasn't that hard. I sometimes build up the negative too much.
