The W.E.A.L.T.H. Cadence....

Here's a neat trick I use to keep me focused on attracting Wealth...

I got this idea from the Military. Military boot camps are designed to do 2 things... 1) Make a person Physically ready for combat... 2) Make a person Mentally ready for combat...

So I took the concept of the military cadence... You know... what boot camp soldiers do when they are on a run - or while marching - "I know a girl lives up on the hill..." They repeat over and over little songs or sayings - called a cadence.

A cadence is really great during a run as it keeps you in a little "trance" to forget about the pain of running - it disassociates the mind from the physical task.

Well I took this idea and made myself a POSITIVE MIND CADENCE designed to help me attract more wealth into my life... I call it the W.E.A.L.T.H. cadence. I repeat this cadence anytime I'm doing something mundane such as driving on a long trip, running, mowing the yard - you name it.

My wealth cadence is not just about financial wealth - it's about attracting many different types of wealth.

Here's my W.E.A.L.T.H. cadence...

I AM ABUNDANT AND POSITIVE

W ealth
E nergy
A ttitude
L ove
T enderness
H ealth


I simply repeat this over and over in my mind to keep me focused on attracting more into my life of what I want to be, do, and have.

"I am abundant and positive Wealth, Energy, Attitude, Love, Tenderness and Health"

I'd suggest printing this post out and keeping it posted at your work center to keep you focused on doing it and memorizing the cadence.
