TRUST: One Pocket ChangE Every Leader Must Have

TRUST is like POCket CHange .... Gaining and Losing Trust is like earning and
spending thy pocket change . Each time you make a good leadership decision,
you get some change into your pocket. Each time you mess up - or you do not
fulfill your promise OR you make a bad decision, you have to pay out some of
your money.

Every leader has a particular amount of change in his pocket when he starts in
his new position. From then on, he either builds up his change by doing things
that will make his followers trust him more OR he pays it out by doing things
that'll make his followers lose their trust in him.

NOW as a leader, It doesn't matter if the blunder is a big one or a small one,
directly from you OR not, you get to PAY with YOUR OWN CHANGE - because
YOU ARE IN CHARGE.

The people, thy followers know when you've messed things up...but then the
big question is: when U do - mess up? are u going to do what it takes to GAIN
back their trust? or you gonna try to take shortcuts?

    It really is the perspective that on has about the lessons that are learned in conjunction to the cost that allows for the same mistakes to be avoided or navigated through in the future.
