Recently I talked about the power of little steps. Now it's time to add one more important element to that idea: everyday (or rather, every night just before bed) you should analyze your day in retrospect and notice, what you achieved, what you did according to your plan of self-improvement etc.

Please pay attention to this point: focus not on what you did wrong, focus on what you did RIGHT. Reward yourself for those steps forward you made. Promise yourself something pleasurable the next day or even simply enjoy the nice feeling of success.

Make it a routine and soon you will see very interesting results...
