    i am kind of in disagreement ..though some thing need to be sacrificed ..

    we arn't looking at this subject matter ..or watching motivational speakers or self help ..if the good we have was really enough ..

    i se it is if you keep just accepting the good that life ..

    if you want better in life..you sacrifice the better if you keep holdin on to the good ..and maintaining the good .

    if i want to keep my mental stability and and avoid massive bi polar down cycles..there are several thing i can't do that i would like to do ..well i used to like doing..

    if i want to keep the health i have worked so hard for ..i can't eat a lot of food in boxes or bags..no matter how much the pacage says healthy .

    in reducing salt and suger in my diet i have learned how to us herbs to improve taste in food ..
