Some things I suggest:
- Drink 2 glasses of water in the morning EVEN before you brush your teeth
- Stretch Upward, stretch your tummy
- Take a walk, even if it's around the block
Being in the realm of the computer can get very overwhelming. I really suggest that you take breaks. This has been said before but it doesn't hurt to put it out there again as a reminder to think of your health first because how can you enjoy your wealth when you got no health?
