Feeling Lethargic? No Motivation?

Every morning can be a hassle to wake up and face yet another day but I have learned that positioning myself has enabled me to be able to get myself started.

Some things I suggest:
  • Drink 2 glasses of water in the morning EVEN before you brush your teeth
  • Stretch Upward, stretch your tummy
  • Take a walk, even if it's around the block

Being in the realm of the computer can get very overwhelming. I really suggest that you take breaks. This has been said before but it doesn't hurt to put it out there again as a reminder to think of your health first because how can you enjoy your wealth when you got no health?

I applaud you all for being persistent & getting out there.

If you feel lethargic and have no motivation, you should probably get more sleep. Go to bed earlier.

I also find it helpful to make lists and have set hours. It's easy to start at 10 and work until 1AM. Treat it like a job. 9-5. Then STOP.

All of the tips you’ve listed sure help in giving us the needed boost to keep going in the morning and throughout the day. I suggest getting enough sleep too and taking in multivitamins to supplement what’s lacking in our diet. Of course eating healthy meals throughout the day is also paramount in keeping one’s health and energy.

    Hi Gen,

    Love it!

I wake, meditate, do some hypnotherapy, then it's 100 jumping jacks, 100 sit ups, 100 push ups, some light jogging and stretching. Every morning. I recall reading Tony Robbin's morning routine. He did some deep thought/setting an intent and he shocks his system with an ice water bath, and I know he works out like mad too. To be led by inspiration - instead of pushing yourself like a dog - try working out more, on waking.

Ditto on the ice water drinking bit. I have 1 to 2 glasses daily then some fruit or maybe some nice tea to cleanse my system. Take care of your home, hydrate, exercise and the energies will flow freely through your being, and you'll really kill it online. In a good way. I do at least 60 minutes of exercise on most days here in the tropics and sometimes, I do more. Such is the blessing of making exercise a strong habit. Keep it up guys!
