"Jumping Out Of The Gym Vertical Leap Program
My name is Tyler and i am about to show you exactly how i increased my vertical leap in a short amount of time. You can search around the internet and find many overpriced Vertical Leap programs that are expensive. I am going to give it to you for free. In 2 weeks your vertical will increase if you follow the program and do the exercises correctly.
Warm Up
1.light jog
2.3 of your own leg stretches
Exercises
1.Lunge Jumps/1 set/ 20 repetitions
2.squats/1 set/ 20 repetitions
3.calf raises/1 set/ 20 repetitions
These exercises should be done at least 5 times per week in order to see the end result after two weeks. I know this program will be very beneficial and increase your leaping ability.
