    I agree. I do not think you need to expand your mind, it is big enough to begin with.

    Perhaps releasing thought barriers that are giving us an artificial sense of limitation and powerlessness would work. Many of us have been taught that we are limited in some way, and some of us have been taught that we are limited in many ways.

    I think we are almost without limit and are plenty big enough to start with.
