He wins, who believes he can!

I have always adored this thought...'He wins, who believes he can!'

I think your victory is closely related to your beliefs. If you believe and are confident of your success then no matter what, you will succeed.

Sometimes whenever I am on a challenging task, I just ask myself, can I do it? Most of the time the answer is 'yes'. (I believe that I am an optimist). But most of the time the answer is not convincing 'yes'.

I accept the fact that I am not convinced whether I can succeed or not; though I want to.

But I always know that I don't have to give up. So I keep asking myself this question in front of the mirror, "Can you do it?" And I keep getting the answer as 'yes'. But I continue to ask this question, till I don't the convincing 'yes' from within. I must be able to feel it. That 'yes' is so strong that it fuels my spirit. It makes me believe that I will be victorious in overcoming my challenges and successfully complete my task.
I do get positive results by way of this exercise.

What are other ways to motivate yourself???

I have a variety of programs that get me in deep trance and that happens on auto-pilot so I let the subconscious fathom the analogies. I am a walking billboard of hypnotically orchestrated messages that guide me all the way. They remind me that I am the best at what I do with intrinsically stimulating messages. Then I focus deep reenacting a desired goal until I become real good at it.

That occurs with repetition and a variety of messages that perforate the subconscious deep within.

Like imagine yourself sitting on a cloud and having perfect vision from this vantage point. Imagine having control... what changes would you make. Envision yourself from an exterior camera and work on your flaws. Your subconscious will show you random images you can work on later. Like your posture, the way you conduct yourself, your mannerism and other details.

Keep repeating this exercise until you get better at what you do when you're thrown a bone. Perform this exercise while meditating and you will soon notice that it's the small changes that bring big results. Literally sit back for five to fifteen minutes daily and meliorate yourself from the ground up.

Various syllogisms will cross your mind and you must insist on your flaws to get better with the power of visualization. Keep working in various areas until you become better.

Looks like it is a very effective exercise. Thanks for sharing I am sure it will benefit many.

One curious thing that I've noticed about some successful business people i know is their willingness to just jump in and do stuff.

It sort of goes against the grain of believing you can, because they didn't wait for permission from anyone including themselves - they just dove in to see what would happen.

Some might call this a luck based ploy since it doesn't work for everyone but I think there's a greater message here.

Those who jump in without the conception of failure in their minds (failing can mentally program some to think they'll never make it) tend to succeed because they had no concept of failure.

I know Brian Tracy, the personal development guy, has a ton of examples of that happening to people he has known, and he was primarily the guy i guy it from.

Sometimes when you just dive into something without considering that it can fail, that's your saving grace; the fact that you aren't considering or even thinking about the fail side of things allows you to succeed.

It's hard to know whether or not this is true because it's our subconscious beliefs that matter the most (those are the beliefs that constitute our reality most) so who is to say that you had no conception of failure or that you really believed in yourself to begin with?

In the end persistence wins the race, though. As I've seen it might take years for some of us to make it, but it doesn't really matter how long it takes in some cases, it just matters that you did actually eventually made it.

Truly said. The working philosophy of jumping in and 'just do it' works best. All the successful people have the motivation. They know that there is a risks involved. But they are okay with it. That's what wins them rewards.

What I feel is, whenever you have any idea, there is a phase when you have all the motivation in the world. If you are able to work in that time span, you move ahead. If that phase is lost may be because of your procrastination, then you lose the steam to act on your ideas.

That's what all successful people do. Whenever they have any idea, they spring into action to materialize that idea!

My formula for self motivation is simple.

Find a strong WHY. A strong reason why you need to achieve your goals and dreams. I reason so strong that it will force you to take action when you are not in the mood and don't feel like it.

Motivation is as simple as this. We only unecessarily complicate it.

    Cheers,

    C.G.
