    @trinity571 - Yes, exactly. It's sort of the difference between famous and infamous.

    Infamy has a bad connotation, but it's notable, nonetheless.

    It sorta boils down to the amount of supporters you have and the majority consensus.

    The more you are against the majority consensus, the harder it's going to be for you to succeed.

    To get folks to want to side with you, you have to have commonality first, and then get them qualifying themselves to you.

    It's sort of a trick.

    You get them thinking it was their idea all along and you won't have any trouble getting converts.

    I'm so hoping this makes sense.
