The greatest gift that you can give is Time. Do you agree?

Hi Warriors,

Have encountered some situations recently which made me think back about a topic I often re-encounter at different parts of life.

Is Time perhaps the greatest gift you can give someone?

1) Time to give a thoughtful reply
2) Time to give thanks to a heart of good intentions
3) Time to have a cup of coffee with friends just to catch up
4) Time to spend with family on a weekend outing
5) Time to volunteer an answer to someone new finding an answer
6) Time to aid your child in his or her homework
7) Time to get that rose for you love
8) Time to give a tip to an honest worker
9) Time to appreciate the thoughtfulness of witnessing a kind act
10) Time to say sorry and explain even if you don't need to and can walk away
11) Time to help someone in need

My main goal here in the Mind Warrior forum?

12) Time to motivate those who may need it and want it, those who have found the answer but need a boost of positivity, those who are still searching for the answer but haven't found it yet, and mostly to those who tried and failed, succeed but fell...

I have myself been in tough situations and have moments of glory. You know the light that is shining at the end of the tunnel, the hand that dips into the surface of the water to pull you up when we almost drowning?

Someone shone the light for me before, many dip the hand for me before, we helped each other and let's continue helping each other.

Know this, there will always be haters, enemies and people who may put us down, that feet on our face when we are already down and out in the mud, but the world always have good people, there is bad but there will also always be good.

Yes, some groups have left for fresher shiny places but there are still in here elites who reply and some who monitor around without replying. It's all good. There's prob about just 3 to 5 bigger places like here, the light side and the dark side, love both sides.

Stand strong my friend, stand up as a warrior and heck the doubts into pieces, you have an army of bros and sis with you here.

I cannot agree more. So depressing that big amount of "time" is being wasted everyday as seems we have endless supply of it. The fact is, time is in short supply so making wise use of your time is the best ever you can make. You can make yourself and others happy with time, enjoy the world with time, sort things out with time, TIME is happiness - this is the reason why the phrase "money can't buy happiness" exist because people with money usually are short of time.

Indeed...I always see people asking...what can I do to make money online...ok show me something I can do for free....I'm like yooooo your time isn't free man! They will spend 50 hours trying to get a free method to work...

People have their focus ALL over and in the wrong place...spend your TIME in areas you love...why do it in something you have just for money?

Time is limited....spend it doing the things you love..the money will follow...want to look back 20 years...oh my dear lord..did I just spend 20 years of my life doing a job a hate just to pay bills in my house?

I would rather be poor going after what I love and enjoying it..then slaving away at a soul sucking job just to pay bills for toys to impress others that dont' give a damn about me

Time and love are our greatest gifts...let's embrace them both

please excuse the harshness of the response .. i had a long day doing hard work that won't get me rich and my back is sore as hell

now if you have friend who can sit for any length of time and chat with you without talking on a cell phone or texting a dozen other people .

i'm sorry if you don't have time for these thing and you are not making a lot of money ..then you have extreme mental illness that is common in modern american society and Americanized society ..

like the vast majority of people who win lotteries and are in much worse financial condition withing a few years ..if you suddenly had plenty of time you would rush to fill it with wastfull unproductive busyness..so when you are around your friend you can verbally masterbate about how busy you are ..and how you don't have time for a long list of things ..

or you can be like the average moron .. oh and stuff you face with a snack..and spend extra time working out in the gym ..

you can have the time you need if you want..but you will probably feel ashamed ..

what if you had a business that you only needed to work a few hours a day or a week to support the lifestyle you wan.. heck what if you had a lifestyle that you enjoyed and didn't need to work a bunch of hours to make money to support ..

wjhat if many of the thing you enjoyed doing also provided some income .. what if you didn't buy a micmansion..and go in debt for thirty year..and then go in more debt for the nice car and the furniture on the credit card ..

If you chose to liver the live in deep debt slavory .. your time is spent making money that goes to the tax man and the people you ow money to ..or to bills you ow ..many of them heating or cooling the house ..to keep all that crap you buy nice and comfy while you in you car going to work ..out working comming home from work ..and eating some high fat meal out because you don't have the time to cook or shop ..

    forget the rat race ..

it should be called the fat debt slave race ..

a race that will end with you spending what time you have in retirement ..watching you health decline ..and having no money because it's all being spent on medications ..bills and the cheap food that destroying you health ..

Phenomenal points raised and elaborated on! This is often so over looked on our individual quest for success and profit however true success does not come about without a valuable service offered and providing a service needs time for other people, regardless of rewards returned!

So we can ask ourselves what am I doing with my time? We have 86,400 seconds in a day to live and love and share and contribute positively to everyone we encounter...don't waste a second!

We must take the time to work less and achieve more. I think most warriorers will agree on that, just keep working on your free time to buy yourself some time.

I completely agree, time is the most genuine and down to earth way to show a person that you care no matter who they are to you.

We have enough time we just need to know how to use it properly

Well, I will disagree with you...

Every time when we decide to give something to someone and expect NOTHING in return, than be sure that we are doing the right job. Giving something ( like time) and expect something is a business.

Plus, time is something that is not exist. We are living here and so if we don't like the things we do, then we can always change it.
