Why do you keep posting these "I have a mentor" threads? Is your mentor telling you to do this as part of your training - to add twitter followers and getting sign ups?

The only thing that bothers me about your mentor threads is that you responded to a post in your last thread about you learning how to market in the IM niche, and that you could take that knowledge and use it for other niches in the future.

To me, that is backwards. I am happy for your success, but I believe the proper path is to be successful with affiliate marketing first, then teach other people how to be successful.

I am just excited its working for me and I want to tell others that it can work. Nope my mentor has not told me to do this, I have had no signups from the warrior forum ever.

I wanted to inform others that I am seeing success and give them some inspiration.

I can see that you are delighted with your success and I am extremely pleased for you. I have had a look at your videos and I am really pleased that you have given a great value product for free. I believe that the way forward is good value content.

Internet marketing is not rocket science I was a chef for twenty years before becoming a food writer and later a ghost writer. Making money online is about finding a formula a recipe if you like and that means that you can take that formula forward into other niches.

Once that formula is learned their is no way back onwards and upwards my friend.

Any would-be internet marketer needs to use YOU as an example of how to break into this tough industry.

Let's look at the facts - even a few weeks ago you didn't know much about IM, you had no product and no subscriber list, yet people were STILL clambering over eachother to talk to you.

It's true you can't whack your first $100 check from clickbank and as time goes on your list gets larger and your checks come in quicker. It's pretty cool. Takes hard work to set it all up but it's sweet when things begin to happen. So many people give up after a few hours work because they expect instant results and riches. It aint gonna happen. It's just like any other business - the first year is the hardest.

Wow great comments from all of you, I have started a couple of these threads not to big myself up but to provide inspiration to people.

Starting out on the internet takes TIME and HARD work you aint gonna make it overnight. I am trying to build a business and it is growing very slowly but its growing and I am starting small but thinking big.

I also have an idea for my product which I hope to have ready in the next few months, stuff is coming together but it will take time for me.

I just need to make enough to cover my hosting and aweber, then its just time I need and we can all make time to try and acheive our dreams.

Congrats on making your first lot of money. I was one of the students on Alex's course with Dean and from the look of your blog Dean teaches exactly what Alex taught us. A lot of the students on that course still have not made any money and are still struggling or have given up. I do hope you continue making money and improve on that amount.
