I need leadership training workshops

Although manager courses are great, if you truly need to acquire leadership skills just look at what internal mindsets and the characteristics of a leader should be.

So leading others first and foremost starts within yourself.

Here are some leadership traits (And THESE have to be present within yourself FIRST):

If you don't have faith in yourself then no one else is going to either.

Trust - Trust yourself, then others will too

Honesty - Be honest with yourself and others. Say what you're going to do, then do it.

Resolve - focusing on an action, seeing it through with conviction

Goal setting - How to set your own goals and for others (doing this is something people will have to contribute on their own too, diplomatic is the way to go. Meaning liberty under responsibility).

Motivation - How to motivate people.

Finding strengths/weaknesses (observing) - In yourself and others. Recognizing what people are less good at and their strengths. Then placing them on the correct task.

Strategical - Finding solutions. And be systematic about it.

Communication - Communicating effectively with others, pulling everyone together in one direction is a skill set.
