please tell me what do you mean by mastermind groups and how it helps in leadership qualities?

    Mastermind groups were brought into popularity mostly by the book Think and Grow Rich, which included a thorough explanation of the topic and their benefits.

    However, simply put, Mastermind groups are group-based sessions where people in a similar community come together regularly to discuss their successes, failures and knowledge on a topic in an effort to help each other improve and succeed.

    Generally, smaller groups with an agenda and a variety of experience levels will yield the best results.

    Mastermind groups work for people who work better with a team than by themselves. You see, each of us work in a different way. Some can work independently while others are more effective when they are in a team. A mastermind group works for people who works better in a team. It is a place where you can generate ideas, make commitments and encourage each other. It is like a mini-networking event.

      In addition to the OPs question, does mastermind group concept applies to internet marketing?

      It seems Napoleon Hill gives too much emphasis on mastermind group for creating wealth but I guess people can make good money all by themselves when it comes to IM.

      Personally I feel comfortable working alone rather than in a group.

      Is mastermind group a must to succeed in IM as well?

      Your thoughts on this appreciated.

        Talent, Industry and Interest can not be bound in a given geographical area and on today's modern age where the Industry and topics within the industry is so vast that its becoming very difficult to meet the other person frequently with the person sitting 2000 kilometers away.

        But thanks to the technology we can now without wasting any time can immediately have a discussion and Yes I know some of the very successful IMs who are a part of successful mastermind groups over Skype or teleconferencing. And this is why IMs gets good JVs and boosts up their Business.
