Feel all over the place..

So, today was a good day for me, i closed a deal yesterday and today im working on the marketing aspect. I got a click through on my email newsletter, super stoked on that. Im redoing my site word by work and making my contact points (email, website, sales) all one continuous design and process.

I just feel all over the place, it may have to do with the fact that i smoke pot...

I dont know, i feel like im progressing, but i feel so drained and wiped out at the same time...

What advice would you give someone who wants to get their mind and emotions back on track?

well if in your head you feel all over the place ..what measure or system are you using to keep track outside you head..

having stuff written down or charted out .

to get back on track would require them to have been on track at some point recently .not to sound cliche and like a dick giving the obvious self help answer ..

but it might be time to rewrite your goals if you have them in the first place ..to provide better clearity for the action you are to take and a way to measure actual progress .

Start by taking care of yourself, many times when we feel exhausted, and all over the place, it is down to the fact that we are stressed, and we need to relax a bit, slow down, and look at the big picture.

Take a deep breath, and try to visualize what your end goal is, try to figure out a plan on how to get there. Eat healthy, and stay hydrated. That is the best advice I can give you.

Hope you feel on top of things again soon

    Hi,

Take one step at a time. I feel overwhelmed at times. I try to learn something and take action on what I learned. Don't move on until you can implement what you learned...

Get specific...define what you are working for and expecting very specifically. Focus on only this during your working day and develop a discipline to eliminate any negative habits from your routine in order to best give yourself a chance to produce and produce successfully!

Wallace D. Wattles defines this as efficient action and working in the certain way.

Funny thing being, for nearly 30 years I smoked... and maybe it's age, different times, or different mindset... But, I had to quit smoking, just didn't motivate me as much anymore.

Still toke occassionally, and earlier I started listening to Napoleon Hill's - "Think & Grow Rich" on audio/Youtube.

The commentary adds to the original works, so the video is like 10 hours long... And despite having thumbed through his materials prior, something struck me waaayyyy different this time, like I know thst my breakthrough is closer thsn ever...

Especially, when combined with my on/off studies of all things IM over the past 3-4 years.

I sincerely think; by not even trying to sell shit yet, and learn a ton - I was prepping for something big this whole time, as subconsciously... I didn't get online to create a job... I got online to provide solutions.

Not sure what works for you, although I can say for me; Napoleon Hill's philosophy is breathing new life into my spirit. Better than weed, seriously!

    All the Best,

Take a break/mini vacation. Sometimes all a person needs is some good rest.

While being stoned, you have to become more stochastic and trap the mind in the realms of amplitude. You do that by excavating inside and let creativity pop out.

I've searched for eons to having found something that works for me and got inveigled to exotic places inside my subconscious. That's when I prolifically emerged... the very moment I was startled.

For some the plot might sicken when they weave deep on the inside matrix because you might end up talking to yourself and you won't like what you hear.

You might also come up with disinformation. My "self" once told me that people feel sorry for you that's why they give you money. Hahahahaaaaaa!

Sometimes I adore smacking the button to upload in my mind powerful directives and drastically write off all negative build-up that's accumulated through years of trial and error. Ah, those tribulations. You've gotta hand it to yourself sometimes playing intellectual ping-pong, switching positions back and forth till the dust settles and you soak in the outcome.
