hello all ,

so the hardest part ..well stop spending 99 percent of your energy fight change and trying to keep things the same ..

people give lip service to change ,, then when something does change.. 90 percent of the time ..panic results ..

we live in times where everything is changing ..wehere deminishing returns are exponential.. and if you do the same thing today you did a month ago..your returns will probably be worse ,

  • Tomorrow's ground ain't got nonea today's footsteps whumped on it yet, for sure.

Spin out into weeks & months & years, an' any concept of favo footwear becomes stoopider an' stoopider.

So ya gotta avoid makin' a noose of your own Nikes.

Future requires a diffrent U to step out on it.

Or all is over right now, an' resta your life is nuthin' but markin' time countin' minutes you already spent, over an' over an' over an' over.

Gotta learn to spank your ass with your own flip flops to avoid gettin' comfystuck.

The hardest part about change, for me, is getting out of our comfort zone. Even though we may hate where we are and that we know our potential far supersedes our current situation, we stay where we are because its easy or because we know what to do and are afraid of learning something new!

The decision to change is what scares people away!

I believe the key to success in life is to embrace what you can't control and learn to adapt. Some of the stuff I did a couple years ago doesn't work today, but I'm still here doing online marketing and achieving greater success with time. If I was stuck in my old ways I'd probably be broke as a joke, miserable, and full of excuses.

    Bruce Lee said it best:

“You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.” - Bruce Lee

change is good but mostly we fear changing. most people don't know what they fear or is the fear of the unknown? we fear failing, making decisions alone or being the odd one out. being contented with failure. my friends, come out of the comfort zone and explore. be the change in the world

The hardest part about change is the emotional and mental fear of not knowing what will happen.

And yet remaining in sameness will perpetuate boredom.

Change will always be upon us, but if we decide to welcome it, half the battle will be won.

I like to think about things and then play them out with how it will make me feel.

That way I have some control over my life and I make a choice rather than it being imposed upon me.

It's always better to get yourself ready for change rather than it be imposed upon you.

So if you are thinking about something and you can feel you really should do something about it, take

action in your thoughts and feelings and make something happen so that something doesn't happen

to you. This is where your power is at.

Totally agree, changes are very hard to accept, but at the same time it's much better when YOU making these changes happen and not when changes happen to you -> this way you are less prepared for this.

In order to grow, we need to make some changes , to step out from our comfort zone and most of the time painful and frustrating in the beginning .. but wel.. outside of the comfort zone that's where the magic happens

with luck you are going to age and get much older..that change is one of those that happen ..

the power you have over it..is do you keep a lifestyle that will result in you withering ..or getting diseases from the diet you have..or do you study people 90 or a hundred years old ..who are still in good health and able to be active and do work they enjoy..

pruning is a vital part of growth if you want to grow you remove or cut away those branches of your life that take energy from your life but do not lead to any value ..

unfortunately for most people change happens when these branches get ripped away by factors out of their control ..

growth can lead to stagnation then to get the growth going again ..there is a need for heavy pruning ..

we life in times where everything is changing..many are trying to turn the clock back..but will fail..and many just fear the future ..

the only way to productively live in the now is to see as far as possible into the future..and do what you can right now so that you are prepared for the future ..you only live once is not the proper mindset ..

honestly i saw my parent get old..and for the most part.. they where not prepared ..for the implications ..

Purposefully dig in your mind because of the tremendous potential you can unearth and then you'll stumble on the change you need to see once you start believing.
