How you maintain family and freelancing job?

You figure out what you need to do and then you do it. No matter what, no excuses.

There are two things which prevent success: fear and inaction.

Everybody knows what they need to do - they may have deceived themselves to think otherwise, or they may not have the self-belief they deserve, but the fact remains: inside they actually do know what is required of them.

The secret is to simply let go of any and all fears and take action then keep taking action!

Humans have an inbuilt ability to learn, understand, create, evolve, solve problems - we all have it in us - once you take sincere action you achieve things.

Unfortunately there is only one way for me to convince you of this, and it requires effort and practice on your part:

You already know what you need to do.... now crack on with it, gather your True Knowledge and act.

I've achieved many successes in my life - and then I lost everything - then I gained it back again, after a period of depression (which doubled as deep meditation and hindsight reflection) I came to the conclusion: self-belief and action are the ONLY secret ingredients to success.

Believe in yourself. Take action. Succeed.

You have to focus and work. If you don't work then you don't get paid. You can't simply say "oh, I will take the day off" and not worry about income. It is a lot of work to do freelancing and those who do, do not get just credit.

I know why you are asking this and why are your feelings this way. I've been there and I can't say that I completely moved.

Working as a freelancer is different from working 9-5. When you have a real job, you just say: I am at work from 9 to 5 so I can't help you, then I comute for 1 hour, sleep 2 hours so everyone thinks you are so busy and they don't bother you anymore.

When you are a freelancer, everyone thinks that you are always free. "Hey, can you help me with that?" "Hell yeah". At first, you might feel obligated to help someone. If you say no, you will feel bad because you didn't helped your friend or family member. But if you say yes over and over, they will come back to you and asking for other things. They will think that you have nothing else to do and they will ask you to do all the stuff they don't like. If this is what is happening right now, this might stop.

You can read James Altucher book "The Power of No", or other similar books. It is very valuable. The fact that you are a freelancer don't mean that you are not busy. Maybe you are working 10 or 12 hours a day, but the fact that you don't have a fixed schedule makes other think that you are always available.

Say no more often. I leaned that I should say No the first time someone ask me something. Will tell him that I have something to do but I can help later or next day or next week. This way I find out if he really need my help or is just trying to take advantage.

Try to maintain a fiction working times. Teach your family members and friends ( they are only you should care about ), that you also at "work". When they ask you when you want to do something, just tell them: "Today, I am working from 10am to 8pm". Set your own schedule and prioritize work. Then you are available to help them. They will learn that you are also busy and will bother you less.

Build your confidence & go ahead. you should turned your goal .

Do you have a separate room for your office? If so, you have a "do not disturb" sign on it and you work specific hours or whenever you want but nobody is allowed in unless there is a family emergency.

I live alone so I have no problem.

Well, this is a very interesting question...

My friend start to work for a foreign company. At the beginning he was very happy that he is doing his job from home, but after that he start to feel very nervous, because of his parents. A few months later he decide to move in another apartment and now he is very happy.

2 months ago I start to work from home, but unlike him, my job has a flexible time so I arrange my schedule of work during the day when my parents are not home, otherwise I have to shoot them!

I am a freelancer, and i am lucky because my job has very flexible hours. So, i get my work done when my parents aren't home or in the late hours when they are sleeping. I think that for a much greater project i will rent myself an office so i can work more hours and get the job done quicker. I am satisfied with my job, the working hours, the paycheck i get and the fact that i can spend time with my parents.
