PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

That's a question that I like to ask students that I mentor, and that I also ask myself from time to time.

Personally knowing a lot of my fellow Warriors for many years, I submit that MOST of us here KNOW what we need to do to build successful businesses.

Yet many of us don't build to anywhere near our potential.

I frequently ask myself WHY, seeking honest open answers.

Me personally... I need to focus more... and on fewer projects, seeing them all the way through to a profitable completion.

I know that about myself, and am honest enough to admit it to myself, and that is one of the biggest things that I will focus on to make 2016 monumentally different from 2015... which wasn't an altogether bad year :-)

Shiny object syndrome KILLS many promising businesses, but it also all starts with honestly asking yourself, "What Will Make Next Year Any Different?

Me personally... I need to focus more...

I need to get better at not over-complicating things. Designing complex machines when simple machines are all that's needed.

I am planing to change my job, be more active in my sport and hobby activities, start to live alone and finally to start with writing my first book!

oh marrying this really pretty girl who i have failed to drive off .with almost a year of trying ..

but she is on the other side of the planet ...which makes things a bit tough ..

  let me give you the short version .. i made enough money this year ..so i qualify to bring her over here ..
  
  currently she it living in a shack with her parents ..the sun shines through the boards in the walls ..
  
  to give her the lifestyle that she wants now ..i will need to earn collectively from all sources of income ..3k a month and probably bump that up to 3-5 k a month ..
  
  i have also had to lose weight and get in much better shape .. which i have done and wil keep doing ..
  
  so event if things don't work out between me and her .. right now she offers me ample motivation to hunker down and find a business to build ..

For me it is to concentrate on just 1 task at a time.

Get it done.

That will make a BIG difference for me.
