How to Kickstart an Upward Spiral

New to the forums and wanted to contribute some value. Been dealing with many of the issues discussed on these boards including depression, anxiety, and a tendency for everything to be awesome every once in a while too which motivated me enough to write an article on how to kickstart an upwards spiral using some really easy awareness techniques.
