If you don't have any goals or never took the time to write down your goals and really see what you want out of life then here what you need to do.
Wake up every morning Set a timer for 10 minutes. In those 10 minutes try your best to list 10 goals you want to accomplish in the near future. Doesn't matter how big or small they are just list them.
Next set a timer for 5 minutes. Now it's time to analyze your goals and decide which ones are most important to you.
Once you have done that set one more timer for 15 minutes. Now it's time to list the actions needed to complete your goals. Write down as much detail as needed to help you know exactly what you need to do to reach your goals.
Now you know why goal setting is so important and how to do it. Your next step is to take action and do this every morning before you start your day. It doesn't matter if your goals change daily or remain the same. All that matters is that your setting goals and taking action.
Once a week go take a look at your goals and see what goals you have achieved or are in the process of achieving and feel a huge surge of confidence!
