Hello,

I have been eating healthy and exercising everyday and I find that I have a lot more energy and it's easier for me to focus.

Also, it gives me more motivation to continue with my business.

This simple change will increase your income- as you will have more energy and motivation to accomplish your goals.

The two are very closely related. It takes a lot of discipline to eat well and exercise on a regular and consistent basis, it also takes a lot of discipline to work consistently and grow your business. Aside from the physical benefits of diet and exercise there are the benefits on mental health too, so I absolutely agree with you, you are more likely to make more money if you eat well and exercise. I have heard it be said a few times now, that if you can conquer you exercise and workout goals, you are much more likely to succeed in business.
    Have a great week
    Vicky

Agreed with this one! How well you take care of your body affects how well your mind works.

Take note of what you eat as well! I've read that sugary food and drinks (think of a donut and some sweet tea for lunch) can cause your mind's energy levels to go haywire (sugar rush and other neurotransmitter effects). Make sure you eat healthy food!

I completely agree; a good diet and a strong body lead to a strong mind. And with a strong mind, you can do ANYTHING!

I'm training 4-5 days a week, eat pretty healthy and im focused 24/7, my main problem is my girlfriend and her behavior, she takes me my focus, energy and everything.. I'm starting to hate her.. So if you want to be successful, don't fall in love!

I could not agree more strongly. I just feel more in control of my life when I'm working out actively and staying in great shape. It also is a way to get over some of the day's frustrations. Business is rough lately, and I'm working hard on so many different projects to turn things around, but I set a new bench press personal record over the weekend at 255 and that felt amazing. It's nice sometimes to have those little successes that just remind you, YES, you can do it. Rather than the nagging voice of pessimism, "This isn't working, you're doing it wrong, why even bother?"

I feel like working out and eating right is a good way to keep you grounded and motivated in general. Mentally sharp, but also in great health to allow you to go after your goals!

You will have more energy but those are habits that affect lot of things but not motivation, you can be 250lbs and be motivated, and you can be fit as hell and not have motivation.

Eating healthy and exercising are 2 very important things which are very easy to neglect... same as sleeping

It was my mistake in the past - I was doing my best at work and school but was completely neglecting health (I was saving up money on food and saving up time on sleeping, didn't take care of daily exercise).

When I exercise and eat healthy I am more energetic and effective during the day (since I can think more clearly) = it is easier to earn money. Simple truth

    Well said, I agree.

When I eat poorly I often feel more tired throughout the day, and have difficulty wakening up in the morning.

    Tiredness breeds more tiredness IMO.

Let's stay fit, healthy and make some money

Amen to that! I've also changed my lifestyle a couple of years ago and it's been rewarding! Being active couple with the right kind of work really gives you a positive outlook in life!
