Have you ever felt that you’re overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated at work?

Chances are you’re probably right! Most job employer don’t appreciate their good workers and run all over you. But why is this? Why no matter how hard you work to show your worth your boss treat you like you're worthless?

In this article I’m going explain why most managers are jerks and why you shouldn’t let their lack of leadership stop you from being great and having a blessed glorious day.

Most managers have not been trained properly on how to manage a so they have no clue on what they are doing. Instead of leading they tend to boss their best workers around showing little to no respect in the way they talk or treat you.

Rather than inspire you they nit pick at your mistakes and all your accomplishments go unnoticed. This can create a negative environment and a feeling of “No matter what I do it’s never good enough” which will in return lower moral and make going to work mental torture.

They also forget that you have an entire life outside of work. You're working to live not living to work. Them not understanding that when you leave work you have kids, a spouse, and other duties outside of work make you feel like they don’t give a damn about your personal life and in most cases they don't.

Selfishness is another reason your boss treats you like crap. They are looking out only for themselves and will do what it takes to make it to the top. I’m sure you’ve heard them say this decision is what’s best for the company. Well that’s total BS!! What they really mean is this will make me look good and perhaps get me another promotion or raise.

Do what I say and no excuses mentality is also a problem. Lack of compassion and understanding that time doesn’t always permit to get everything done when they want it done. For example if you swarmed with customers there no way you can filled out a 5 page report and turn it in within an hour. Yet instead of being understanding they will simply say that’s no excuse you should’ve found a way to get it done. Doesn’t that just piss you off?!?

If you find yourself working for a company like this chances are you are unhappy and going to work takes every ounce of strength you have in your soul. The best choice of action is to find yourself a new job, but i know this is easier said than done.

Keep this in mind “A pipe can only hold so much pressure before it burst” that’s a phrase my fiance says a lot and it holds a powerful message. You can take all the BS only for so long before you can no longer take it and explode. Worse part is that you will explode, lose your job, and look like the bad guy.

You deserve better, you are smart, talented, and amazing. Never undervalue yourself for money or because it is convenient or what you're used too. Life is too short to be working a job that makes you unhappy. Look and believe that there’s something better out there for you and go find it or better yet create it!

This post is really worth reading.

I think we all experience doing a work we hate.

But that's how we learn and how we really discover what we love to do.

At some point in our life I think we all experience doing something that we hate.

Talking about practicality we are willing to do anything no matter how much we hate it because we badly needed money.
