Morning Routines anyone!

Hi guys,

I've just started to implement a morning walk into my routine. This gets me out of the house and opens up my creativity for the day, by getting up early I also get so much done in the morning and am able to relax more in the afternoon.

I always spend about 20 minutes reading personal development books in the morning, but on it's own this has never been enough.

What morning routines do you have? do you have a particular evening routine too? or do you have no routine?

In fact, I can not call it a daily routine. All the time in the morning before work takes me out to get together, make up, feed the cats and get to work. I have long wanted to start practicing in the morning, but it lacks either strength or the time...

Each morning before I started my day, I will read inspiring stuff for about 30 minutes. And then I will write down my goals and my targets. After that I will focus in doing my most important thing until about noon time.

This is my morning routine: I thank God for waking me up then I check my To-do list upon getting out of bed then I eat my breakfast then shower then start accomplishing my tasks for the day.

Thank for sharing such a great routine. i really admire you that can keep up with that routine, you really are a great man.

for me i have a very simple morning routine:
      - slow cycling for 2h
      - meditation for 15mn

i use this routine for the purpose of my health only. everyone can have different routine that suite them. but the morning routine should at least include the gratitude, exercise, and meditation. so obviously i will start include gratitude in my routine as well. thank you again

My evening routine; Planning what I will do the next day so that when I wake up my mind is already set to accomplish the tasks for that day.

  • What I found put is having both morning and evening routine is crucial if you want to have a productive life.
My morning routine would be to drink a jar of water ( 1 L )and do upper and lower body exercise for 30 mins, then short meditation, breakfast and get grinding.

MY Evening routine would be 1 hour before I sleep, I would plan my day ahead for 10-15 minutes and then I would read a book with the remaining 45 min.

One tip i got from a mentor of mine is to focus on productivity, Personal Productivity is the domino that creates the most powerful change of all the other areas.
