In this post, you will find out how awesome it is to get creativity flowing for the projects that you may be working on at the moment.

Practicing an awesome creative craft as a hobby is an amazing way to get overflown with creativity & nice ideas.

To step it up a notch, I recommend to use a creative craft that you are good at to create mini gifts of appreciation for your family, friends, awesome clients & other cool individuals.

I came up with a mini craft to express my gratitude & love for my family.

Book stores, public libraries & Pinterest are filled with awesome books & information on mini crafts to use as a hobby.

Think about how you can integrate a mini craft into your current projects. It may help you to ease up the work stress & cultivate some creativity.

Wish you well & awesomeness.

Instead of reading, I suggest to find a craft to practice. Pinterest is nice to find craft ideas. You'll have tons of interest to read about the craft of your choice.

Yeah, Pinterest is definitely a great place to find inspiration for interesting crafts.
Just that sometimes I can't find the extra time for it.
There are a lot of infographics and awesome images that can spark your ideas in Pinterest.
Probably we should spend a couple of hours a week to learn the craft or design image. Let the creativity juice flow.

Doing some craft or something totally unrelated will boost your creativity.
Take a walk in the garden or meditate can also increase your creativity.
I like reading, I read books and articles. And every time I read something interesting, I will write them down and work on the ideas after. I guess this helps to make me more creative too.

Same here! I get most of my ideas from the books that I've read (and they make good sources too). Most other times though, a quiet afternoon in a coffee shop gives me a flurry of stuff I want to write about. I also keep a small notebook on my bedside just in case something pops into my head. When it does, that's usually the topic I'm most inspired to write about for the week.

Reading is my source for inspiration. I have a long daily commute time so I'm able to fit in some solid reading on a consistent basis. I also like to keep a notebook with me while I read so I can jot down ideas that hit me while I'm engrossed in the book.

I think if you try and do something, anything with your hands that allows you to completely tune out and step away from the 'noise' of work and life this is the key.

Whether you are involved in craft, cooking, reading, gardening, meditation, yoga or swimming, the concept is still the same, do something that allows you to take time out and enjoy your surroundings so you can recharge the batteries, use another part of your brain and rejuvenate.

Sometimes doing something completely mundane will allow me to get the energy and enthusiasm to be creative in my work.

I was watching Ted talk on creativity few months back and I really liked the messaged conveyed in that.

Creativity is not within us. It's an extraterrestrial power. Rather an external power which comes to us whenever it WANTS to. In the era of Greek, creativity was equivalent to God - some kind of external powers that help us when we need them the most.

Authors stuck on writings for years and years. Scientists get short of ideas for months months. Why? Because, even if they try really hard, just the 'pressure' of coming up with a creative idea spoils one's creativity.

So, I want you to think of creativity in a different way. Creativity is not within you. It is bestowed upon you at times when you least expect them (or at times when you are calling for them). But it is not with in you. You can;t control it. You have to wait for the right moment. May be, a hot shower? May be, during groceries, may be during mopping or may be when you are shitting. IT WILL COME TO YOU, one way or other. Leave it to an extra terrestrial power and relax
