Jim Rohn is credited with stating that we are, each of us, the average of the five people we spend the most time with.

Of course, that's not true in every case, (if you're a guy and four of your five people are women, well you get the idea).

But it does have some validity for attitudes, goals, and the general direction of your life. If that's true, how do we make sure we've got the right five people, how do we 'exploit' the opportunity, make people changes, maximize their influence on us, help them in return and so on.

Any thoughts?
