Some Recommendations on Mindset Training?

I believe in the power of self-improvement and really want to shape up my mindset to make best out of my online business.

I know there are lots of helpful books for self-improvement and I have read quite a few already. But to increase my learnings, I thought that it maybe is a good idea to participate in a mindset training / program / online course.

Have you heard about programs or online courses that focus on mindset + habit training for online entrepreneurs or do you even know some you can recommend from your own experience?

    Hi LouiseV, Check out edx.org. They have a course on "Becoming a Resilient Person: The Science of Stress Management and Promoting Wellbeing" which I think if important for online marketing professionals. One of the great practices I got from this course was "adopt an approach that begins so small you cannot fail." For example, if you're interested in learning a new language, COMMIT to learning one new word each day. The goal is to make your the changes so easy, they are fail-proof. What is stressful for me an an online marketer is that I have to constantly learn new things. I take out the stress by just committing to updating my skills in one marketing category a month! So right now I don't read about everything, I just read about facebook advertising. Hope this helps!

      Hey there,

      thanks a lot I will check that out. It really is overwhelming with everything new to learn in online business, think you follow a good strategy to gaining more knowledge by only learning one topic at a time. I do it the same way to protect myself from too many distractions.

    The best training I've done is Unleash The Power Within by Tony Robins. This Seminar was absolutely insane and I recommend it to everybody.

    Eben Pegan Wake Up Productive is also really good.

      oh I believe that attending to one of Anthony Robbins seminars must be amazing, would love to do it too one day!
