yeah the difference between people who succeed and people who just bounce along is that most people stop their education when they leave school and only upgrade their skills when someone else pays for it .

where as people who succeed spend their lifetime improving skills or developing new ones

I agree, education is a extremely important investment, I know a lot of marketers out there that fail because they dont upgrade their skills, and in this market, if you dont upgrade yourself constantly, you will start loosing in no time.

I mean, think about it, just in Social Media, the trends changed completely since last year, and I still see a lot of marketers advising their clients to use a lot of links or images in facebook, they got stucked in the past.
