3 Days Into 2017, have you given up yet?

It might sound funny, but as you likely know by now, the majority of people who set a new years resolution give up within a month or two.

What do you guys do to stay motivated year round?

Personally, I'm typically a self motivated person and usually stay motivated very well. But there are still times when I need to kick myself in the behind to keep going.

Some tips of what I do:
-Review goals (I set goals, not new years resolutions) every few weeks to a month and make sure I'm on track
-Review my current accomplishments (it's always good to know you've completed something and helps reassure you can complete the other tasks you want to)
-Review my current progress and where I need to be with what I haven't accomplished yet (this is good to re-evaluate if changes are needed)
-Review myself (Do I have everything I need to succeed? Am I missing anything? Do I need to add anything)

I cannot remember exactly what Willie Crawford said, but, it was something like.

Using the first six weeks of the year to really get a good start on your goals--if you don't you always feel like you a behind.

So, I am always pushing myself to do more--especially early in the year.

    Hope this Helps.

A business continues into the New Year. You may have higher goals for the next year but "after 3 days" does "sound funny".

Jan 1 was on a Sunday and in the US at least many people had Monday (Jan 2) off as a holiday. One of the perks of being self employed is the ability to take a bit of time off during the holidays and to spend time with spouse and kids when they have time off.

If anyone is so impatient they give up on the 3rd day of the year - they should seriously get a job.

I would like to know more about this
    About WHAT?

Awesome I'm going to test this out
    Test WHAT?

Using the first six weeks of the year
    That makes sense - it's a month and a half...but three days?

    Yes.

I write out my goals and each week I do a review of what I had set out to accomplish during the week.

It gradually keeps you in check, it may not seem like much but over the course of a week, month, year, those mini goals add up to something much larger.

Really? From the look of things, it appears you gave up at birth. :-)

only newyears resolution i made was hoping to run into this girl i was talking to that i talk to every once in a while .. saw her earlier in the day and chatted with her ..then she came back out dressed all sexy and acted a bit shy as i was looking her over.. i have an odd Las vegasish goal of getting some pretty girl i hrdly know to marry me .. haha

I work in a costume so i wanna do something weird like get this girl to date me with her dressed as cat woman ... hehe

I was mixing in some humor about the 3 days, but I've seen people quit after 5 days.. One person once was all excited and after spending $30 and not making any profit disappeared after 6 days and declared all making money online a scam. lol

LOL... I can't tell you how many times in my life I had already broken a New Year's resolution less than a week into the new year. Eventually I resolved to no longer make resolutions. I just set goals for where I want to be in a year. It seems to work better for me.

Yes, l overheard my unemployed young, neighbor next door taking to his girlfriend about going online.

He apparently tried it for a week, and told her, that it doesn't work.

I tried it for 9 years and it does work.
