I will admit, I don't agree with all this.

Want exercises to boost your confidence?

https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/e...ive-confidence

has a list of 4.

Personally though, checklists and embracing a creative skill outside my comfort zone don't work for me.

One can try to skillize onself.... but if THAT fails, methinks that would smoosh your confidence.

My best way for boosting confidence is to face that which scares me and making it my friend.

Still, though, the concept of building habits (posting daily to this forum, anyone, or going to the gym?) and creating a flexible work schedule did help me bunches.

In any event, 'tis good reading... enjoy!

Small habits increased over time certainly works better for me.

Being a personal development junkie and investing thousands of dollars...

I think the two biggest confidence shaping mindset I've found is knowing what you really are. Again WHAT you really are not who you are.

Plus not listening to the voice in your head. Aka the Amygdala. Aka Cave man / women brain. I've gone as far as dissociating with it.

I'll share a bonus tip. Getting your brains neurotransmitters in balance. Making sure they're not deficient. If they are out of balance. Depression, Anxiety <-- Fear based feelings increase.

Just GET IN THE ZONE and let the sirens aka voices in your head do the writing for you. Voila, you've just crushed the mental stumbling blocks just like that.

There is just one trick I learn in life.
"DON"T ALWAYS STAY AROUND YOUR COMFORT ZONE"

Create an artificial environment of lack and you will always be trying to meet-up.
