Reading this after seeing the corrected title I was wondering if it was about making yourself immune to being a f***wit.

Nah, he might have a few good ideas, but nothing more than a self help book.

And it sounds more like he is trying to flog his book, by using the F*ck word, than to help anyone?

And that's why you're not as successful as you could be: You think that People/Marketers/Entrepreneurs/Etc. are just out to make money. When, in fact, the vast majority of them really do want to help and empower people.

      (Just saying.)

The #1 person that messes us up is......... (drumroll).... ourselves.

If your mindset is right, it wouldn't matter what's going on around you...

None of it would throw you off your game because you're on the right track... INTERNALLY.

  • This title sort of reminded me of Mark Manson's book
"The subtle art of not giving a f*ck"

Which is a great book btw. The logic for why this will lead to a better life and happiness in there is really tight.

One of my favorites. It's a great way to be more Stoic/Zen in a modern world and still be hungry to succeed.

nothing against him trying to sell books but not interested in a 45 minute marketing message
True, general stories are entertaining, but pretty useless.

    Yes, lashings of it.

But l guess they have to go through that phase, we are just trying to cut through some of the crap and give them a better option.

The same could be said of People who think that all Marketers (etc.) are just out to make money. (I'm not saying that's you, sorry for the previous post, just that it's a stage that many people get stuck at ... And therefore don't progress as much as they could.)

You've heard of "The Law Of Attraction, right?" Whatever you think of the Principle, when you're focussed on learning, you will "attract/see/find/etc." Teachers that will help you do that.

People who walk the spiritual path through this mortal coil do not speak down to people. Spirituality requires connecting to others, no matter where they are on their journey through this world. Love, caring and empathy are a requirement, as is a strong sense of awareness of your environment. Many people post on WF to help others, but their efforts are not always interpreted as such.

Anyone choosing shock marketing as means to draw attention from others does not respect their audience. Profanity indicates a complete lack of familiarity with the intended demographic they are attempting to reach. No spiritual person communicates in that manner, nor do the truly spiritual ever need to...

Respect given, with understanding and compassion, results in respect received. Spirituality is not a title you give yourself. It is an personal attribute seen by others through your actions and by your kindness towards people.

i really wanted to respond to this but wait until you run into advanced spiritual people who have abandoned the egotistical need to look spiritual .

there is a lot more i could put in but i didn't want to kick that stick

And based on your words it's apparent to the rest of us that you've become a familiar traveler on this path yourself...very, very well said Ken.
