I've had a lot of people tell me that I should try to do more meditation daily. At first, I just thought it was a bit New Agey, so I never paid it any mind. After doing some research into it and hearing one of my mentors go on about it, I decided I should give it a try.
For 20 days on a stretch I've been meditating and here are some of the things I've discovered:

- The ability to focus for longer periods of time
- The ability to control my emotions
- More willpower
- An overall feeling of inner peace
It's so weird because a few months ago I would've told you that meditation is bogus now I can't start my mornings or have a good day if I miss it.
Trust me and try it and you will begin to see the benefits in your life just after a few weeks.
I'm not talking about the type of meditation where you sit and leave your body and all that stuff. No. I'm talking about sitting and focusing on your breathing in and out for a set period of time.
