The Secrets To Total Confidence, Life and Success - From someone who beat depression and made $$$
I want to teach you something now which is Fact. Scientificially proven.
It is called: Do - Think - Feel Cycle.
Scientists and mind experts across the globe have found out through thousands of tests that what people Do - Think and Feel are all linked in cycle.
What this means is that if you "Do" well, you "Think" (talk to yourself, the little voice in your head) that you done well which concequently makes you "Feel" good about yourself, which strengthens the belief than you CAN achieve, so you "think" you can achieve, you "do" achieve.
All three are interlaced, they all effect each other.
This also works the other way round. If you "Think" negatively that you will be rubbish, you don't bother putting in your best effort and you "do" poorly as a result which in turn makes you "feel" down which strengthens your belief (THINK) that you are rubbish and the cycle continues.
Knowing this FACT OF HUMAN LIFE is a great and invaluable tool to those of us who know about its existance because:
1. Changing any ONE of the THREE will change the other two!
2. We can choose to change them! Now!
As humans we are born free. Then we go through life and pick up all sorts of things until we reach today and even today we learn new things.
We have the gift of free choice. You can choose how you choose to feel.
If you "feel" like crap, you are making the choice to feel like crap.
You can make the CHOICE to feel happy right now.
In fact I'll prove it: CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY RIGHT NOW. Put a big massive smile on your face and force yourself to feel happy and confident.
Now: CHOOSE TO FEEL BAD. Tell yourself that you are a failure and that you'll never succeed.
Notice the difference?
Being conciously aware of these facts means that whenever you have a negative thought pop into your head you can turn it into a positve thought and use its energy to help you.
Try to stay aware of the thoughts that are comming into your head and force a "i can't be bothered to do that" thought into a "yeah I can do that, and it will benefit me" thought.
Keep practicing like a hobbie or game until it becomes second nature then look at your life and tell me this one secret alone didn't change it.

I heard a statement which is so true to success and indeed life itself that I have to share it with you.
YOU HAVE TO PUT SOMETHING IN TO GET SOMETHING OUT
I once heard a speaker say this quote. He said something along the lines of (and listen carefully):
"I once heard a guy tell me: I wish my boss would give me a raise or a promotion, if he gave me a raise I would work much harder for him"
"IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT SON, YOU'VE GOT TO PUT SOMETHING IN TO GET SOMETHING OUT"
Like the story said, it doesn't work like that. It works the other way round. If you work much harder then your boss will give you a raise, not the other way round.
Please let this message sink in deep.
Now realise what I mean when I say it is the secret to life itself : you have to put something in to get something out
These two 'secrets' played a massive part in getting my mind back into the right shape after a long spell of depression. I hope they do you some good too.
