What are your goals for November?

Hello Warriors

This thread is inspired by a previous thread What is your goal for October.

I like the idea to share my goals(*) and comment about others, so let's do it again for this month.
(*) Since I began Personal Development some monthes ago, I do write monthly/weekly/daily goals on "paper" journal.

My November goals are:
  1. Work on Daily Heroes for 60+ hours. Especially Communication and Design
  2. Record and publish a YouTube video about my Personal Development quest.
  3. Speak twice in Russian for more than 30 minutes (I am learning that language). Update 7th of Nov. : Did one on 6th of Nov.
  4. Finish my course on Course about investment.
  5. Get insights about real estate management (I will soon have to rent a flat). Update 7th Nov. : I checked how tax works for real estate. To do next: call real estate agency, see about Airbnb / summer rent, compute expected returns & losses.
I might update this list tonight to give you the "final" one.

What are yours? Let's go!
#goals #november

So you are a designer or just setting small project in design in order to "try" that field?

Go for your goals! You deserve to achieve them ;-)

save the world. from what?.. that goal is just way to general and makes people more dangerous than productive..only thing the world needs to be saved from is the people trying to save it..

so so hard to get sarcasm into text ..

november goals for me.. get into an apartment somehow before it near freezing temperatures outside at night

i wasn't kidding about how hard it is to get sarcasm across in text ..

it's like trying to tell a blonde joke to 6 blondes and realizing you now might have to explain the joke at least 6 different times ..

you know why know one tells jokes about redheads ..redhead have real good aim when they throw things made of glass at you ..

anyway as far as real goals go i'm still fuzzy on the very long term goals so outside the survival goals ..short term monthly goals are ..because i'm not sure if i want to hop on a plain to hawaii or set up and get things running here for a while ..but if i get set up here i could get stuck here and 4-5 years from now be cemented here and still not in hawaii ..

The same here. Before that I tried to set "long-term goals" until I realized that I gave up after a month. That's why for now I am setting month goal maximum, to work and finish smaller project. However I am feeling that I am feeling that it puts me on tracks to understand better what my "purpose" is and is not.

it is not that i don't have the long term goal ..at this point I want to end up in Hawaii I know the business i want to get in and something i can do when i get there ..

but id rather not just get on a plane with what i can carry in my back pack and money to eat for a few days ..

the idea doesn't scare me at all .. i can pull it off and end up doing well .. it just getting that money..

I have started courses on coursera.com some weeks ago. The course has a really good quality. You can watch all the videos and text for free. You decide to pay (between 30 and 40€ a month) only if you want to submit the final exercices in order to "pass" the course. That allows you to publish it on LinkedIn for instance. However the real value (I guess) is to be graded and get feedbacks from other students.

Hey. I like your list. Well, maybe because I'm 50% French.

Let us know more about your "physically active" goal. I do set a (free) crossfit workout per week. That's fun. I meet new people every time I go there.

3 Motivational Books. Well, reading Kiyosaki Rich Dad, Poor Dad was motivational for me. However I did not like Business of the 21st Century. It's about network marketing and very, very vague.

Yeah, it really helps me to stay on tracks. It actually changed a lot of stuff in my life and I began only some monthes ago.
Here is a disclaimer: my Daily Heroes project is specifically about that. It's to build a community of goal oriented and dream seekers.

Stay on your goals Nice! I will check on you at the end of this month

Can't share my team's goal, as they are in different sectors. However, I want to learn about currency trade.

I don't know whether it is legal or not, but I want to learn about it.

Because, as far as I know, profits are instant.

It is tough to find a course on it as well, but I'm trying as I know a few clients who are doing something really good in this sector.

Apart from this, as a team, we are planning to launch quality apps. Though, it is an expensive game, but we have built team for that as well.

My goals this month are uber simple.

    1. Get my MVP out the door.
    2. Map out a content strategy.
    3. Get 100 beta users signed up.

    I ain't asking for much.

It's a landing page, optin form, and quiz builder.

I know, super competitive. I'll focus on direct sales as opposed to advertising and content marketing att first.
the branding is focused on a very specific segment as opposed to everyone who could use it.
That's where we have to crush it.

        Think X for realtors.
        Or X for attorneys.

I wish I have more time to squeeze-in CrossFit, it's too mainstream but who's to blame? It's because it's really effective whatever your goal is. If you want to lose weight, improve your stamina/cardiovascular endurance, gain muscle mass, become more flexible or to have a good body coordination - just do CrossFit!

I've caught a glimpse of Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad when I'm researching my article, and he's on-point when he said that middle class or poor children are programmed to go to school and just graduate to become a regular employee. It's harsh, but it's true!

So how's your French? You know there's something about it, I don't know, but the French language is like an art... music to my ears.

I'm planning to get a corkboard and put handwritten notes there, aside from having a journal of course. I find it frustrating and hilarious at the same time when you have to fill forms, and it feels like you're just starting to learn how to write.

True, l need to enrol in the Kittens in String semester; first subject covers, the different strings that are suitable for furry felines, and some of the inherent dangers of string entanglement.

Oronic thing is if you live in Victoria, Melbourne, AU, then not giving a toss tens to ensue.

I went to the shopping ctr around that time, and people were not glued to screens in shop windows, or cramming tv stores, (although the TAB was probably full) and were just walking around, in a dase as usual.

Getting dressed up with a basket full of KFC and champagne and watching a hourse race may have its pluses, but not on a cold, wet day.

        I'll pass.
